SHIPPING

  • Racquets Pro Shop offers free shipping in Canada on on orders of $200 or more (before taxes)

  • Tennis balls, badminton shuttles, used racquets, oversized items (such as tennis nets and post) and heavy items that are greater than 5 kg (11 lbs) are not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping fee will apply to large package and heavy weighted items.

  • Free shipping products are shipped using standard/ground shipping method. Shipments may take 1-10 business days to arrive depending on location. Racquets Pro Shop does not guarantee any shipping dates if sent by free standard shipping. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost. Please contact us at info@racquetsproshop.ca if you would like a quote for express shipping services. 

  • Racquets Pro Shop commits to deliver all ordered items in a single shipment (except for products delivered directly from the supplier). In the event that a product ordered is no longer available due to an inventory error or a lack of inventory at the supplier's, Racquets Pro Shop will promptly communicate with the customer in order to adjust the order, either by replacing the product by another or by cancelling the item, which will be reimbursed. In the case where an item is on backorder, the customer will be offered the option to wait for the product or not. In this situation, the customer will receive two separate shipments.

  • For internal shipping, please email info@racquetsproshop.ca. Shipping rate will be estimated using carrier's tool. Taxes, duties and any related surcharges on international orders will be the customer's responsibility.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Free in-store pickup

  • Order is usually ready in 4 hours

  • We will send email to you after your order ready

  • Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

  • Items will only be on HOLD for 4 weeks. After that we will put the item back for sale and the amount you paid will be used as store credit.  If you are not in town to pick up the items and would like us to hold longer please email info@racquetsproshop.ca to let us know.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Order over $50 is eligible for delivery (before taxes)

  • Delivery radius 20km from our store.

  • Free delivery on orders of $80 or more (before taxes), or $10 delivery fee will be applied.

  • Orders are usually delivered after 7:30 pm.
