Product Warranties
To initiate a warranty, please email us (info@racquetsproshop.ca) with the product's model name, serial number, and your issue with the product. Most brands will accept digital photos as proof of the item's defectiveness. In the event the manufacturer cannot determine if the defect will be warrantied through the pictures, they may ask for the product to be sent back. Warranty procedures are specified by different manufacturers. Response time from the manufacturer can be 2-10 business days. You may deal direct with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer successfully approves the warranty, a shipping fee may be required to send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a Racquets Pro Shop online gift card will be supplied for the full purchased value of the successfully warrantied item.

Racquets Pro Shop has 5-days stringing job warranty for any tennis racquets strung below 60 LBS and badminton racquets strung below 26 LBS tension. If string snaps within 5 days after stringing, Racquets Pro Shop will restring the racquet at no charge, although the customer still needs to be responsible for the cost of string. Stringing above manufacture specified maximum tension range is not recommended as it voids both products and stringing service warranty automatically. Racquets Pro Shop is not responsible for frame failure, cracking, or warping in such circumstances.
